KEVIN HALE WILL GIVE LEGISLATIVE SESSION UPDATE

We will also welcome Kevin Hale, who is in Austin for the state legislative session to lobby for Libertarian principals and legislative goals. He will let us know what's going on at the State Capitol and how we can help.

Best way to assist right now is through donations to the Legislative Action Fund, which can be made here: https://legislative.lptexas.org/

Legislative Action Fund

The Libertarian Party of Texas will be on the front lines during the 89th Texas Legislative Session, fighting to defend your freedoms and advance the principles of liberty. But we can’t do it alone—we need your help! Contribute to our Legislative Action Fund and make this vision a reality.

Your donation will help fund a Libertarian presence at the Texas Capitol every day of the legislative session. There, we will actively engage with lawmakers, testify in critical committee hearings, and advocate for policies that preserve and restore individual freedoms, limit government overreach, and uphold the values of personal responsibility. Your support will help fund action that amplifies the call for freedom from the heart of Austin to our legislators’ doorsteps.

From protecting property rights and reducing the tax burden to advancing personal freedoms and opposing unjust laws, your contribution makes it possible for us to fight for Texans like you.

Every dollar donated to the Legislative Action Fund is an investment in a freer Texas. Together, we can ensure that Texans have their best chance to see liberty in our lifetime
