Austin Kannada Sangha is excited to announce our first family event for 2015 - Sangeethothsava!
In the past, Sangeethothsava has brought out many young and unknown talents from the city. It helps to keep our culture alive and honor great poets and saints for their contribution to our rich language.
To continue this tradition, please join us on
Saturday, February 7th, 2015 (2 PM – 5 PM)
at
Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple of Austin
2509 W New Hope Drive
Cedar Park, TX 78613
Note: The check-in process for the participants will begin at 1:30 PM
Packaged food and snacks will be available for sale at a nominal price (all proceeds from this sale will go to the temple).
To participate, please register for this event either through your music teachers or by filling out the registration form online.
Children under the age of 8 can register as part of a group only. Kritis should be in Kannada with 4 min (max) for an individual and 6 min (max) for a group.
We will be allowing participants to register based on first come first serve until all the time slots are filled, so please make sure to register early for this event!
Last day to register is February 1st, 2015.
