Every year, the event is made special because of the enthusiastic participation from the local Kannadiga community.  We request everyone to make this year's event special by showcasing your talents and skills during the Ugadi celebrations.  We are now inviting cultural entries for Ugadi 2015.  To help you plan your performance better, we have provided details on registration deadlines, age group, time limits and some general guidelines below.

Kids

• Age Group: 4-15 yrs
  
• Group Dance: 5-6 min 
  

Adults 

• Age Group: 15 yrs & above
• Group Song:  4-5 min
• Group Dance: 7-8 min
  

Rules & Guidelines

• Songs should be in Kannada only.
  
• No classical performances encouraged in this event as we have a special ballet performance by professional artists.
  
• Group performances encouraged.
  
• Mention the full and correct names of the organizers and participants.
  
• Also mention correct age of the participants.
  
• Participant can only participate in one Song or Dance.
  
• Entries will be taken on first come first basis. Limited entries only.
  
• Last date for entries is 22nd March but can be closed before when all the slots are filled.
  
• Handover CD's or send mp3 format via email before a week.
  
• Participants check in time 10:30 AM to 10:45 AM . All the participants must be present during check in.
  
• The whole team of the program should be at the back stage 15 min prior their given slot.
  
• All the program slots will be announced on the event day only.
  

Please use this registration form to submit your Ugadi performance entries.  The last date for registration is March 22, 2015.
