Send us your entries for Sampige!

ಕಸ್ತೂರಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಘಮವನ್ನು ಹರಡಲು ಆಸ್ಟಿನ್ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಂಘದ ಸಂಪಿಗೆ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗಿನ ಚಿಂತನಾಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಲೇಖನಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ.

ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗಿನ ಕಥೆಗಾರ, ಕವಿ, ಹಾಸ್ಯರಸದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುದ್ದಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುವ ಸದಾವಕಾಶ.

ಸಂಪಿಗೆಯ ಮುಖಪುಟದ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಲಾಚಾತುರ್ಯದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶ ಕೊಡುವ ಅವಕಾಶ.

SAMPIGE has dedicated pages for entries from Children's Essays, Poems, Drawings, Paintings, Pictures, Cartoons, Jokes, Projects, Stories, Others. Parents - please encourage your children to submit their entries to SAMPIGE.

Guidelines

• Articles should be in Kannada (preferred) or in English.
  
• Articles must be original.
  
• Please submit your entries in one of the following formats:
  
• Kannada: Baraha or Nudi
• English: MS Word or PDF
• Images: GIF, JPEG, BMP, PNG
• Attach a passport size photograph along with the entry.
  
• Last day for submission: October 31, 2015.

Sampige Cover Page Design contest!

Rekindle your artistic abilities! Design a great cover page for Deepavali 2015 edition of Sampige.

Winner's design will be used as the cover page of the upcoming edition of Sampige. Winner's name will be announced in the newsletter and on the AKS website.

Guidelines

• Your entries must reach us before October 31, 2015.
  
• Design must be original. However you can use pictures of places, cities, people, events etc. Please use high-resolution pictures to improve the print quality.
  
• You can submit any number of entries.
  
• You can submit entries in PNG/JPEG/GIF/BMP/PDF/PPT/WORD formats.
  
• Design must fit the A4 size paper.
  
• Email your entries to austinkann...@gmail.com
  
• AKS committee will decide the winner.
  
• Following details must be included in your design (please refer to previous editions of Sampige for your reference)
  
• Title 'Sampige' both in Kannada and in English.
• Information conveying Deepavali wishes.
• Volume 2015, Issue 2 and month info - November 2015.
• Name of 'Austin Kannada Sangha' both in Kannada and in English.
• Austin Kannada Sangha's web address - www.austinkannadasangha.org.
• Logo of Austin Kannada Sangha. Please email us for images.
