Meeting called to order at 7:17pm with 10 members present

AYC Frostbite Series was briefly discussed
Upcoming Activities/Regattas
Idea of March - Brenham, TX - 3/21
New location from last year is a bit farther from the put in location
More Spinnaker boats are needed for a fleet
Hill Country - Lake Buchanan, TX, - April 18-19
Turnback Canyon Regatta - AYC - April 25-26
Terri has a house you can shower in

Treasurers Report
Austin Riggs reports $6073.23 in account.
Levi reports RegattaNetwork address changed from Jim Casto to Austin Riggs address for checks.
Hill Country Regatta

Hat Quotes
Dylan Spurgin presented three hat quotes, two local and one online company.
Logo and Burgee adoption
Terri Kiszer brought up the need for an official vote on the logo developed by Dylan Spurgin and proposed a vote on adoption. XXX seconds and the motion passed.

Afterwards, Terri proposed adopting the burgee that matched the logo. Dylan Spurgin seconded and the motion passed.

Hat Purchase
After discussion, Dylan proposed purchase of 25 light gray “dad” hats with adopted logo for a total of $480.32 which was put to a vote and passed.
Additional Swag / Merch
Discussion continued around other potential merchandise. It was agreed that Dylan would get quotes for stickers (after socializing different options) as well as quotes for the adopted burgee design as well as trucker hats.
Jack and Jill after Hill Country
Terri discusses Jack and Jill event and calls for volunteers to stick around and help on Sunday after Hill Country.
Terri notes Sail Strong article in the Tell Tale. Sail Strong camp sign ups are open
Show and tell
Levi suggests two books for all cat sailors:
Catamaran Racing: for hte 90’s - Rick White & Mary Wells
The Rules in Practice 2025 - 2028 - Bryan Willis
And for racers
The Sail Racing Bible - Mason Stang and Udi Gal
Wind Strategy - David Houghton & Fiona Campbell
Levi also passed around his new Oakley Meta glasses and noted their suitability for recording while sailing.
