Roughly $6200 in the treasury.
Jim is working on a way to allow new treasurers to access the account.

Hill Country Regatta Update
Race Director Levi Marconette presented details
Fun Sail is planned for the Friday before the regatta. Experienced fleet members will be there to guide new participants and likely get drone footage
Chris Reuwsaat handling shirts for the event
Dylan Spurgin doing trophies - volunteer day will be held a few weeks before the event to help finish trophies
RC is set and has enough volunteers. Same as last year.
Still need RC and chase boats.
AustinCats website and branding
Dylan Spurgin is working with designer on new logo / wordmark for AustinCats to use in merch and on the site
Dylan Spurgin will begin work on moving the website to a new platform soon
Holiday Party
Dec 6th at AYC
Joint party with AYC multi-hull fleet

December fleet meeting cancelled in lieu of party
2026 Leadership
Jim Casto brought forth the need to begin gathering names for 2026 positions
Chris Reuwsaat suggests beginning to post to Instagram and this nets him a communications manager nomination
Austin volunteers himself as Treasury nominatee
Need for 2026 membership chair and Fleet Commodore remains
Vote for new positions to be held at January fleet meeting
US Sailing Multihull Championship
Terri Kiszer presented her experience in the race this year
Fleet was Hobie Waves this year
Terri finished 14th out of 43 boats with one first place finish in race 2!

Soft Shackle Presentation
Mike Beuerlein gave a short talk on dyneema soft shackles and passed around an example he made to show
The group discussed possibility of regular presentations at each meeting due to popular demand
