Hi Everyone,

So I've gotten a few more requests since our meeting yesterday, and the schedule is getting full! Jim R., do you think you could persuade one of the trimarans to make it out to handle any overflow / people who would rather not get as wet? It is also looking like we'll need one more F18 / I20. Anyone? Anyone?!?

I'll be bringing water (for before) and beer (for after). If we're using your boat, please make sure you have time to get it on the water by 12. I plan to arrive around 9:30. And please bring any extra harnesses and life jackets you have! If we can have one extra for each boat, that will save a lot of time.

Anything else? This is shaping up to be quite the event!

Ryan

The wind forecast has picked up a bit, should be fun!

Ryan,

I spoke to you at the meeting. I'll have my I20 out there as well.

Randy

It looks like I will be able to make it as well, but will be a little late to the 12:00 start time. I am meeting a new cat sailor down in SA over at West Marine to pick up some parts for his new boat (older H-16), then we are going to drive up to AYC. I don't think he is going to need any help setting his boat except stepping the mast, but his plan is to go sailing in the afternoon as well. I will drop my N5.2 in as soon as I arrive at AYC and should be available by around 1:00 if anyone wants to go for a ride (although with all the other cool hardware showing up I am not much expecting that... )

Ryan,
It was mentioned at the meeting that the Fleet would spring for a keg or partial keg for when the event finished. Do you want me to check with Pam to arrange this?
-Jim

Hey Jim,

Thanks for the offer, but I don't see us putting a dent in a keg with the handful of people we'll have towards the end. I'll probably just buy like 3-4 cases and save some money?

I can lend my jacket and harness if you need it.  Unfortunately I cannot make it out to the AYC.  I can drop it to someone in austin tomorrow - just let me know where.
Way to go Ryan - sounds like a great turnout!!
