I would like to mention an aspect of safety on rides, an important
piece of gear you should always carry is a cell phone, this may sound
flashy to some but in the case of an emergency the cell may save your
life. The Sullivan report highlights health and safety as the number
one reason Americans keep cell phones. I know that not all Americans
can keep afford a cell phone but Tracfone is subsidizing cell phone to
low income households so have a look into weather you qualify. The
Sullivan report also shows that the land line is less effective in
