We will not have a regular monthly meeting on Monday, March 9, but instead we will enter our convention season with the following events:
LP TRAVIS PRECINCT CONVENTION
Date: Tuesday, March 10, 2026
Time: 7:00 p.m. (You can check in as early as 6:45 p.m.)
Location: Casa Chapala Mexican Cuisine & Tequila Bar, 9041 Research Blvd #100, Austin, TX 78759
Description: Prelude to county convention: attend this meeting if you want to be a delegate at the LP Travis County Convention.
Please bring your voter registration card if possible to help our officers check you in for this process. You need to be a registered voter in Travis County, and you can't have voted in the March 3rd primary election.
LP TRAVIS COUNTY CONVENTION
Date: Saturday, March 14, 2026
Time: 10:30 a.m. (We will set up starting at 10 a.m. if you want to help.)
Location: Yarborough Branch Library, 2200 Hancock Drive, Austin, TX 78756
Description: Election of county party officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and At-large) and LP Texas State Convention delegates (12 delegates and 12 alternates)
If you wish to be a delegate to the state convention, but you can't attend the precinct or county convention, please let us know, since you will need to sign a form of affiliation to be considered for nomination and election. Contact tbr...@lptexas.org

Location: Abilene, TX
