We recently heard about a liberty oriented event happening this weekend in Austin TX. (Friday - Sunday).  Feel free to pass along the information to any women who might be interested in the activities.

Event Information:
There are some women coming from out of state and staying at the Airbnb where many of the retreat events will be held.
The RSVP requirements mentioned in detailed links are no longer required -- simply email Nafisa so she can update reservations accordingly.

  • Welcome Reception at the AirBnB

  • Followed by a "Girl's Night Out/Karaoke Night".

• Saturday, May 16, main day. 
  
  • "Austin Sunrise Social" - a breakfast taco bar we are group cooking (at the AirBnB)
  • Followed by training and discussion sessions and a working lunch (empanadas!) — (at the AirBnB)
  • The working lunch will be followed by a live webinar to be broadcasted to international LOLAs as well as various of our partners at America's Future, Cato, and Reason, among others, to position LOLA’s advocacy at the center of America250’s theme of Civic Engagement. 
  • We will be highlighting key women, past and present, that have paved the way for the US to be “the leader of the free world” and discuss what progresses we have yet to make and what we are still striving for. It would be a pleasure to have you join us for the filming of this webinar.
