We are seeking a seasoned network marketing professional who has a
proven track record of success in the multi-level marketing industry. We will
also consider candidates who may never have been involved in network marketing,
but have had a high level of success in other industries. This person will help
recruit and build their own team in our organization as an independent
distributor. We will provide personal coaching, training and support from day
one. You can expect a high level of accountability and will be rewarded with one

Team Background:
Seth Mulder: Involved in network marketing since 1987; worked in
business development for NU Skin Enterprises. Partial owner of an import-export
bridal company in the US with a significant market share after only 2 years in
business. Fluent Japanese; has largest Japan following within Synergy WorldWide.
Keith Halls: Keith was one of the seven original shareholders of
NU Skin Enterprises, the 2nd largest MLM of all time. He retired about 20 months
ago as the Sr. VP and Secretary of the Board of Directors. He was also looking
for a new challenge! Keith was a key catalyst involved in the decision to bring
our company to Thailand and is Internationally known as a leading industry
authority. He is soon to be recognized in People Magazine.
Paul
Lauderdale, MBA: Founded a Dallas, TX based company in the late 1980’s that
became the 53rd fastest growing privately held business in the US by 1992. He
sold the business and retired in 2000 – at the age of 42. Paul began to look for
a new opportunity and was contacted by his best friend from childhood Keith

His background is a high tech entrepreneurial background with extensive business, marketing, public relations and education experience both in the U.S. and in Asia Pacific where he lived for several years. During the past 12 years Matthew has held several positions with Unisys International and Vignette, a major computer software vendor and taught for several years at major industrial companies IBM, Price Waterhouse, Anderson Consulting, Wipro, Sybase, National Australia Bank, Bank of New Zealand, and Citigroup.

to running a successful Family Practice in Austin, Texas - we have become very
active team members of Synergy. Some top leaders within The Company introduced
us to this business. Our enthusiasm stems from the positive results we have
