Job Description :
Esoterix is currently seeking a Technical Database Analyst!Esoterix is a unique company

conducting pharmaceutical research or seeing patients every day, Esoterix's
technology systems provide a seamless service that makes it easier to focus
on quality patient care. This employee will:*Coordinate and manage activities
for the technical database.*Populate the technical database and assists with the
management of the development, testing, training, support, and documentation of
the technical database.Responsibilities:*Coordinates and manages activities for
the technical database, receives and processes requests, standardizes database
elements, populates database, develops standard operating procedures and maintains
documentation for all requests and the process.*Reviews technical database requests
for appropriate information, requirements and approval before processing.*Ensures
that all parties involved with a technical database modification. Receives
prompt communication updates. Escalates problems to the requester for resolution
to meet expected target times.*Demonstrates good customer service skills.*Communicates
and liaises with all departments in all business units of the company
to develop standards for the technical database and to populate the technical
database with appropriate information.*Represents the department in interactions
with internal and external customers and vendors. *Develops understanding of multiple
subsystems and understanding of overall business and business objectives.*Adheres
to the Software Development Methodology (ESDM).*Recor Education Prerequisites:Two
(2) year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.Experience
Prerequisites:5 years previous experience in medical environment/background. Preferred
experience with laboratory technical databases.
