Test Technician Positions
Job Description
- Accurately execute test cases as documented in project test plans
and evaluate outcome relative to the "expected results"
- Keep daily Test Logs on all system/network configurations and test
results
- Work with Test Engineer(s) to resolve unique issues found during
testing and generate "steps to reproduce"
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of industry computing and networking devices and
server operating systems including Windows, NetWare and Linux
- Ability to configure peripherals and operating systems
- Solid English language written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of PC systems hardware and/or networking infrastructure
components and operating systems
- Ability to learn new topics rapidly with training assistance from
Test Engineers
- Interface with other team members in a professional manner
- Scripting and/or programming experience a plus but not a requirement
for this position
Preferred Experience
- 1 - 2 years of server and/or network testing experience.
