I can't find anything good to say about them. The horror stories are much to
long and painful to write here. I do like Pontiac's, so instead of ever
looking anywhere near Bill Munday....I went to New Braunfels for my new
Bonneville. The service is equally horrible at Bill Munday. NEVER would I
go near (again!!) I bought a car from them (new) about four years ago...
followed by four years of grief over warranty work and service attention and
expertise. (George Ramey in Georgetown sells jeeps and Cherokees)

Go to Classic Pontiac in Round Rock. I used to take my car to Charles
Maund Olds for service, but quit because they kept trying to sell me
a Cadillac and I'm not ready for the Grampa-mobile yet.

The only good part of Bill Munday is the body shop. They repainted a
fender and hood that had been damaged and the car is back to like-new
appearance. Even their parts department is screwed -- they order some
replacement parts. Of the four possible parts (brown and gray in
leather or vinyl) they eventually ordered all three wrong ones before
getting the correct one.
