At the debate last night, Perry went so far as to explain his support
for in state tuition for illegal aliens!!!

Can you believe that a so called Tea Party member would think that the
rest of America supports giving illegal aliens cheaper access to our
colleges and Universities than we do out of state Americans???

Rick Perry is no Tea Party candidate.

Michele Bachmann smashed Perry when she described his Merck support
and government mandate of a very questionable vaccine for 12 year old
female Texans.

Would Perry push federal law to force vaccines on our citizens?

This sounds a bit tyrannical to me, and as I've stated, Perry is an
OPEN BORDERS New World Order candidate. He even laughed at the idea
of a border fence last night!

WHO IS PERRY WORKING FOR?

The reason for the in-state tuition for the members of the
undocumented workforce (and their children) is that the universities
and colleges were built with their state taxes.

Who gives a crap? No one but the media and the RINO establishment
wants either Perry or Romney as the Republican nominee. The people
sure as hell don't want either of them. And if the Polls say
differently then it's just a temporary and very obvious brainwash by
the media. It's a long time yet before we choose.

Ladies and gents! Boys and girls! It is time again for the worldwide
famous "Herrera Challenge"!

It is my contention that:

(1) Every religious denomination and church in America that has a
public position on immigration supports a Path to Citizenship.

(2) Every private company or industry group that has a public position
on immigration supports a Path to Citizenship.

(3) Every military institution that has a public position supports the
Hispanic cause.

The above constitute, respectively:

- The Herrera Challenge, Religious Edition
- The Herrera Challenge, Business Edition
- The Herrera Challenge, Military Edition

(the less astute folks may have failed to notice that the 3 classes
mentioned above: Religion, Business and Military, are the pillars of
conservatism).

All readers are welcome to try to prove me wrong. I must warn you,
however, that the Herrera Challenge has been posted in front of tens
of thousands of readers, during 7 years and NOBODY has been able to
post a valid counterargument that defeats the H.C., in any of its 3
editions.

Fr. Patrick Bascio, an author and retired priest of the Holy Ghost
Fathers, recently had published On the Immorality of Illegal
Immigration, a book that he says has been sent to many bishops to help
inform their views. Fr. Bascio’s book was published by AuthorHouse,
Bloomington, Ind., 800- 839- 8640, www. authorhouse. com. Bascio, who
served in the United States, the Caribbean, and Africa and whose e- mail
address is paj bascio@ yahoo. com, engaged in the following edited e-
mail interview with The Wanderer.

Why do you think a Catholic priest’s book on the immorality of illegal
immigration is needed? Do you think your experience as a priest gives
you a special perspective?

A. I believe that a book on the subject from a priest is badly needed.
My experience is that there is universal belief on the part of the
average Catholic Christian that since the American bishops have, at
times, approved of the demonstrations [about illegal immigration] to the
point of sometimes advising their priests to break the law and give
illegals sanctuary, that this must be the official position of the Church.

However, the Vatican has made clear that although it wishes bishops to
assist any immigrant with special care, since they are usually very poor
and dislocated, it also has made clear that this assistance must always
be within the laws of the host nation.

http://utahrattler.wordpress.com/2011/06/11/latest-lds-church-public-affairs-illegal-immigration-statement-a-non-message/

As a matter of policy, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
discourages its members from entering any country without legal
documentation, and from deliberately overstaying legal travel visas.

Some business owners resented the thousands of Spanish-speaking
newcomers, 80% of whom were in the county illegally, according to
estimates by local officials. Joey Vento, owner of Geno's Steaks, a
landmark South Philly cheese-steak joint established in 1966, donated
$10,000 to a legal fund set up to support the nearby city of Hazleton,
Pa., which passed the country's first anti-illegal-immigration law just
weeks before Riverside.

"Business owners who support illegal immigration are short-sighted and
unpatriotic," says Vento, 67. "Plus, they're cheaters. Any business that
has to depend on illegals to survive is not a legitimate business, period."

Vento spoke out passionately in favor of Riverdale's ordinance, and the
town council agreed, passing it in July 2006. Since then, town officials
estimate, as many as 2,500 immigrants, or nearly one-third of
Riverside's population, have fled. Downtown merchants and restaurateurs
report declines in revenue of as much as 70%.

"Business was good before - very good," Martinez says. "Now it's down
50%. Every day I pray, but it's an uphill struggle."

Why would businesses and churches feel they need to express their
support for legal immigrants?? If they were against them, they would
be against the Constitution and other laws.

Why would the US Chamber of Commerce say this:

"Immigration reform should accomplish the following: provide [...] a
pathway to legal status for undocumented [aka ILLEGAL] workers
currently in the United States."

http://www.uschamber.com/issues/immigration

Why is the pro-immigrant side asking for a Path to LEGALIZATION? (that
would be the same request supported/demanded by ALL businesses and ALL
churches).

Let me reiterate: in this highly polarized issue, ALL US businesses
and ALL US churches (*) are on the side opposite yours. All I ask from

Can you provide ONE statement of support for your side? You don't seem
to understand the nature of this challenge. All we need is ONE
evidence, typing the name of a company cannot possibly count.

A few years ago, at the annual Conference of the National Council of
La RAza (NCLR), there were several Silver Sponsors, several Gold
Sponsors and one Platinum Sponsors: The Bank of America.

The theme was all over, in English and Spanish:

"Making Reality the American Dream"

"Haciendo Realidad el Sueño Americano"

Why don't you Google the following?:

"Bank of America NCLR"

The following site, much by you admired has been officially been
designated a Hate Group. They are center front in the anti-immigrant
issue:

http://www.alipac.us/ftopicp-154058-gold.html

Notice how in that site they call for a boycott of the Bank of
America.

Your side tried boycotts for years in the past, and then gave up. The
boycotts were a colossal failure.

The boycotts from my side, however, and been a complete success
(Arizona).

ALL US businesses are supporters of a Path to Citizenship (*). Some
are explicit supporters:

http://tinyurl.com/2en66c9

and some, like U-Haul and Dunkin' Donuts are implicit supporters, by
virtue of being members of the US Chamber of Commerce. Any company
that disagrees with the official positions of the chamber, has two
options:

(a) Protest publicly (a letter, whatever)

(b) Quit from the chamber.

NO company has done either.

-Ramon

(*) Unless you can find and post ONE exception.

That's the beauty of my challenge: I CANNOT and I DON'T HAVE TO!

It is impossible!

I would have to find every newspaper, any web site that contains
anything about all companies in the US.

It is not very hard: IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

OTOH, it is exceedingly easy for you: All you need is ONE piece of
evidence. One company that makes a public statement, and Mike says:
"That is MY kind of company. I am proud of them! They are a patriotic
company!".

Thee is NO WAY all US companies are pro-illegal alien traitors!! Come
on, Mike look hard!!

Bullshit. You made the statement that NO US company agrees with my
point of view.

Here's Dunkin Donuts website. Find anything in there that agrees with
you and disagrees with me.
http://www.dunkindonuts.com/

Here's Bank of America's website. Find anything in there that agrees
with you and disagrees with me.
https://www.bankofamerica.com/

And here is U Haul's website. Find anything in there that agrees with
you and disagrees with me.
http://www.uhaul.com/

Let me refresh your memory on what you clearly posted above:
"ALL US businesses and ALL US churches (*) are on the side opposite
yours." Prove it.

Well, Ramon's little school-yard challenge has been flushed down the
commode...

I'm guessing he has been trying to find anything to back up his
idiotic statement that all businesses and churches agree with his
vision of the illegal aliens "right" to be here has been exposed for
the lie that it is.
