Fellow Treehouse Condominium Owners,

RE: Recent Treehouse Parking Issues

Owners, please notify your tenant (if applicable) regarding this important matter.

A copy of the parking assignment is attached. 

This is a reminder that each unit is entitled to one (1) parking space only. Based on 1 space per unit, the Treehouse parking lot will have 2 open spaces for service vehicles only.  Guests and owner/tenants with roommates should have any additional vehicles parked on the street.

You must park in your reserved parking space and have the tag displayed on your mirror or you will be towed with no further warning.
