RE: Treehouse Parking Situation

Fellow Treehouse Condominium Owners:
A written notification dated March 18, 2013 was sent to remind owners that each unit is entitled to one (1) parking space only. Based on 1 parking space per unit, the Treehouse parking lot will have 2 open spaces for service vehicles only.
Apparently, we are encountering the same problem whereby residents' who have shift work come home and do not have a place to park.
Your Treehouse Board desired everyone’s cooperation to avoid further complaints and further intervention. However, the letter sent did not have the expected results. Either the message was not conveyed to the tenant or there is abuse or a combination of both.
As a result, your Board will be working on plans to number and assign parking spots. We would commence towing vehicles that violate the parking rules. This is a cost burden that comes out from the HOA fees that we all pay for.
During the interim and for the right of each unit owner, please have:
Guests and owner/tenants with roommates with cars or 2nd cars to park their vehicles on the street.
