Annual Meeting Minutes 2-9-13

Treehouse Homeowners,

With 51% of the members in attendance in person or by proxy, business
was conducted.

The Annual Meeting was successful in having a broad range of issues
addressed that will result in benefiting both the homeowners and
tenants. Items discussed included: sidewalk safety, repairing/painting
of fence railings, replacement of landscape timbers as well as options
for landscaping. Our laundry room upgrade should take place this year.

Our ongoing operating expenses have increased. As a result, the new
monthly HOA fee will be $150.00 per month, effective March 1, 2013.
Please note that your Board and PMT continually seek bids to secure
the best value and service for the expenses we incur.

that was sent to you in the mail. If you have not received a copy,
