Fellow Owners,

 

The Annual Meeting of the Treehouse Condominium Owners' will be held this Saturday, January 16th from noon (12:00 p.m.) to 1:00 p.m. at the PMT office located at 704 West 24th St, Austin, TX 78705.

 

You should have already have received this announcement and a proxy form that was sent to you earlier.

 

If you do not plan to attend the Owners' Meeting, please submit the proxy form (attached). 

You may assign your proxy to another owner in good standing or a board member  (see names below) but please return the proxy to PMT by Friday, January 15, 2016 via fax to 512-476-2699 or email to: sc...@pmt-austin.com

Tenants or residents of your condo may attend but your proxy must be assigned to another owner or board member.
