Chapter Notes - Wiki

As I've been reading the chapters for this week I started taking notes for myself both for the discussion and for future reference.  I set up a wiki on my site and you are all more than welcome to refer to these notes.

Also if you're interested in collaborating and putting notes up on the site, let me know.  While you can sign up for an account on the wiki, I must "activate" you and since I don't have SMTP set up on the wiki, the only time I'll see new accounts is when I'm in the admin area.  So you're best best is to email me and I'll hook you up.

P.S.  I have to go back an reread/takes notes on chapter 1.  I started taking notes when I started chapter 2.

Tim,
Could you create a page on the group site with your notes?  That way we can keep all of them in one central location.  I'm going to do the same with my meeting notes.
