Cafe Meetup 9/12: Universal experiences you’re missing out on Author: Silas Barta Categories: Events Inspired by the SSC post, we’ll explore whether you’re an outlier across the space of experiences that a lot of people expect to be universal: you don’t have it, while they do, or vice versa. For example, can you visualize images in your head? Do you experience emotions as physical sensations in your body? I put together a checklist you can review before or at the meetup: any case where your answer is 1 or “?” is a candidate for a universal experience you don’t have. *** The meetup is at Central Market, 4001 N. Lamar, in the cafe area. Look for the LW and SSC signs. People start arriving at 1:30 pm, and the main activity will begin at 2:30 pm. Please follow in-store signs and guidance.
