Hey, I wanted to see if there's interest in a monthly game night at my place in Hyde Park. I'm thinking of the 3rd or 4th Tuesday around 7:30-8:00pm until 9:30-10:00pm.

Games
I have two areas that can each accommodate up to 4-5 people.

I have some 4-5 player boardgames like Suburbia, Descent, Mansions of Madness, Puzzle Strike, Yomi, Codenames, and a few more on my wish list. If someone wants to bring something to try, that's fine too.

I'll be getting a TV in later this month and will set up a PC with Steam, emulators, and some PS4 controllers.

Food/drinks
Open to suggestions on how to handle this. Potlucks, ordering food, etc. I want this to be the responsibility of the visitors if I'm providing the venue and games.

Thoughts?

I'm interested. Board games would be much preferred to video games. I'm indifferent to the various food options.

I'd be interested too in board games (or emulators). Ordering food sounds easiest, but potluck could work too (and making it the responsibility of one of the visitors to organize that part seems fair)

I would also be down for board games. Tuesdays should work fine. Either ordering or potluck is fine with me. I would guess ordering is slightly easier to coordinate, though.

This month I'll be out of town, but I expect to be interested next month.

I'm down, though possibly not for this month. Can you send me the calendar invite?

My main concern is exposing my personal address no more than necessary...If the calendar invite works, then I'd rather stick with just that. If we have attendance issues and want to attract more people, I'll look into other ways of organizing the event.
