Cafe Meetup June 7: Visions of the future

"Predictions are hard, especially about the future." Well, we can try at least. What realistic possibilities do you envision for the next few years? What about in 100, 1000, or 10000 years? And realistic or not, what does a "good" future look like in your view?

The meetup is at Central Market, 4001 N. Lamar, in the cafe area. Look for the "ATX Less Wrong" sign. People start arriving at 1:30 pm, and the main activity will begin at 2:30 pm. Food is available for purchase (but they don't allow outside food).
