Bee Removal help needed before it's too late!

Hi! I was given your information from a friend and fellow nature and bee-loving enthusiast. I am currently working with an investor on a project at 6508 Starstreak off of William Cannon and S Congress. I don't want the bees killed! The general contractor was about to do it and I begged that he give me time and time is running out. 

Now that it's cooler they are not as active so I was able to get in closer. It's underneath a wooden shed and it appears their nest is right inside a hole in the metal skirting. The size of the hole is roughly 1"x2".
