Following up on the GPS indoor discussion, should anyone want to get some actual hands on with these systems you may find this useful,

The integration algorithms are critical for understanding the magic possible with these systems.

A some optical systems use C-beams as time reference standards on their network backbones (we use a CXR Larus TiemPro 6400A NexGen STS here at TWC for some apps) so they may be found surplus in some cases.
