Not sure if you got a reply but last time I took my gtr to Jiffy Lube on Anderson. Catless dp and mp. No issues.

Jason,

So I assume you are getting a "not ready" on the O2 sensors (you are allowed 1 not ready). Are you getting a "not ready" from your evap?

Thanks,

Greg

Will Joe from town north do it? I heard he is leaving and moving out of state soon. Also, anyone thinking about the special edition Midnight Opal from southpoint? I'm suprised it's still there. Talk to directly to Shawn Dunn the manager, he will take care of you. town north has their regular premiums marked up! i'd rather get my hands on a 1 of 50 midnight opal. town north said they aren't getting one in.

This is good to know .... I had assumed the emissions status byte had to be all green. My beater daily driver has a permanent check engine light due to a cat temp sensor with dodgy wiring, so every year I clear it, run the test cycle to generate emission status with VAG-COM, and then head up to the inspection place.

To that point, does anyone know where to bag a copy of Nissan Consult-3 ?

Cheers
Dave

IIRC, C3+ was popping up on ebay for around $5k. i think i still have the file database somewhere but not the actual program to run it. there are tons of photos , service doccuments, etc, but i can't open the files. my $29 GM scantool will erase codes and reset CEL's, and i can tell you from experience an accessport will read codes but not clear them if it's married to another car. nothing like being in limp mode 100 miles from home :(

I have an Ecutek Dealer suite which can pretty much do everything the
consult can. I was considering getting a consult but this has been able to
do everything I have needed and some additional things the consult can't.

I was getting many "not ready's" but I think we figured it out. Now I
have the sensors reading and just need to back the rear o2's out so the
cats pass and I should be good to go. Been a heck of a process figuring
all this out though.

Yah, you're allowed one "not ready" but you also can't have any check engine lights on.  So if you have catless downpipe/ypipes you need to back the rear o2's out with a spacer. With that and removing one code using the Cobb I should pass. Been one heck of a process, but looks like I'm getting there

I was getting a not ready from o2's, cat's, evap, and fuel system.  Got a new map and now the codes are activating at least.  Now I just have the evap not ready which yes, i'm allowed one. However, with it being catless I'm getting check engine lights on the cat and the fuel system temp sensor. The cobb should be able to remove the P0183 (fuel temp sensor) and then backing the rear o2's should fix the cat check engine lights. Then I should pass.  There is light at the end of the tunnel, but this has been a multi-month process.
