This is a forum for members of AGPS and other licensed mental health professionals interested in group therapy to share information and inquiries about the practice of group psychotherapy in the Austin area. This group aims to foster a sense of community among practitioners from a variety of disciplines and practice settings, to contribute to the quality and range of available group therapy services, and to support the success of group therapists.

It’s very risky to discuss clinical information online, and this is not really a confidential place (nowhere on the internet really is), so please use only the minimum necessary information when seeking referrals or clinical support and adhere to your professional code of ethics and relevant laws regarding patient confidentiality.
