Great...and thank you! The Tango Milonga should be a lot of fun...even to watch if you don't tango :)!AnnOn Mon, Oct 28, 2013 at 10:55 AM, Riley, Chris <Chris...@austintexas.gov> wrote:
Hey Ann –
I checked with Michael about this, and it should be no problem to move the Giant Chess set onto the grass at 1:30 this Saturday. Michael will get word to the volunteers.
Thanks for all you’re doing! Sounds like Saturday will be fun!

Subject: Wooldridge - GIANT CHESS (can we move it to the grass this Saturday at 1:30pm?)
Hi Michael and Chris:
This Saturday, November 2nd looks like a great day for Wooldridge!
We have Giant Chess, a Tango Milonga and Plein Air watercolorists! Should be a lot of fun.
One thing however...and my bad! The Tango Milonga would like to "dance" from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on the Bandstand. (Plein Air sets up their water color easels at 1pm around the Square...not on the Bandstand.)
Might you all be wiling to move Giant Chess on to the grass at 1:30pm to accommodate the Tango event? My bad...I forgot (!) that Chess would be present when I approached the Tango group! (Tango is donating their services!)
Please let me know...thank you!
Ann
