Another way to get this and many other technical books is a Safari
subscription. I've had one for over a year now and love it.

I'm paying $40/month to have unlimited access to books from Orielly,
MS Press, Addison Wesley, and many others. Literally thousands of
books and they're all mine . . . bwahahaha.
