There will be a blessing of the bicycles at New Sweden Church this Saturday April 5^th starting at 9am. This is the 3rd year the church has hosted and there were 200 bicycles blessed last year, up from 75 their first year. They asked to share this with interested groups. Offering this to y’all.

Saturday, April 5th - 9am until all bicycles are blessed

Event Details from New Sweden Church

There will be a short Blessing service at 9:00 am

Pastor Hans will give a group blessing then individual blessings will be given to those riders that want an individual blessing.

The Taylor Bicycle Shop will be here offering bike tune ups and repairs.

Swedish cookies and refreshments will be served.

The church will be open for tours.

We will have a ghost bike to honor those cyclists who have been killed while riding their bicycles.

You can trailer your bike to the Manda School and park there and ride up to the church if you want.
