MetroBike is expanding and CapMetro needs your help.

CapMetro is seeking 5 Austin residents to help expand access to bikeshare through their Community Connector program.

 

CapMetro is developing a Strategic Expansion Plan to guide MetroBike expansion over the next 10 years. The plan helps integrate MetroBike with existing transportation options with a focus on equity and community involvement. 

 

CapMetro will work with the City of Austin, bicycling organizations and the community to guide the improvement of transportation options available to complete your “first and last-mile” and expand access to green alternatives for short trips. This is where you fit in!

 

Become a Community Connector - paid at $25/hr.

 

CapMetro’s team of five Community Connectors will engage riders with information about MetroBike and gain skills for engaging their networks and local community in the expansion effort. As a Connector, you’ll help amplify community voices, priorities, challenges and visions for bikeshare in the Austin community.
