Cyclovia ATX Call For Volunteers - Sat, 11/8/2025

Cyclovia ATX 2025 (https://cycloviaatx.org/) has a lot of moving parts and we definitely need day-of volunteers!
We are using GivePulse to manage day-of volunteer shifts:

Partial Setup and Event Volunteer (8:30 am – 11 am): Assist with basic
site set-up, distribution of materials across the Zones, and be a part of the
opening of the event at 10am.
Midday Event Volunteer (10:30 am – 1 pm): Keep the event running
smoothly by assisting with attendee check-in, activity zone monitoring,
passport stamping, and materials distribution.
End of Event/Load Out Volunteer (12:30 pm – 3 pm): Help wrap up the last
hour and a half of the event with attendee check-in, activity zone monitoring,
and passport stamping, and then assist with event load out and clean-up.
If you are available for any or all of those it would be greatly appreciated.
