Our Future 35 Open House: Saturday, Mat 18th

The City of Austin’s Our Future 35 program would like to invite you to an open house to share your ideas about the types of public amenities and amount of green space on new public spaces being created over I-35 in Central Austin.

 

The event will take place in person on Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Austin Community College Highland Campus, 6108 Wilhelmina Delco Drive, Building #2000.

 

The Texas Department of Transportation's (TxDOT) I-35 Capital Express Central rebuilding project will provide the City the opportunity to reconnect East and West Austin with caps or platform decks. At the Our Future 35 open house on Saturday, May 18, the City will share early concept sketches of the caps for you to consider.

 

For those unable to attend in person, the City will hold a virtual webinar on Wednesday, May 22, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Participants can register for the webinar at bit.ly/OF35Zoom0522.
