- Updated NSW alpha-numeric evidence - 2 new photos from Adam Sadler & Michael Mak 
- Deleted Alt-NR1 (Gosford) - further research indicates this route was never signposted
- Revised and updated NSW Decommissioned Routes index
- Revised, updated and moved NSW Metroads page over to the new format
- Revised and moved National Routes in NSW page over to the new format
- Revised and updated NSW State Route 42 (decommissioned) 
- Added new page for NSW State Route 2
- Updated Peats Ridge Road - 1 new historic photo from Kevin Noble
- Updated Warringah Freeway historic photos - 1 new photo from Kevin Noble

Just had another look at the Alphas page.

 

With supposedly “no money” to implement the new alpha routes, I wonder why the RTA just doesn’t “flip the switch” on several roads where signs have already been replaced in entirety, and take off the cover plates?

 

A simple page on RTA’s website on route numbering shouldn’t really cost THAT much. Brochures can come later.

Really enjoyed your update dude!

Loved seeing SR2

Also enjoyed Kevin Noble's pix. I notice the Gosford ID sign on PRR has Vic style border. Also the SR83 shot of his wasnt listed on the page.

Thumbnail for ACT NR23 is missing for image captioned "Looking north towards the Lake Burley Griffin twin bridges.

Photo taken: June 2004." Link works tho

Enjoyed the ACT pix, sadly crap signs as usual in the ACT.

Tassie stuff was great too. Missing route numbers on C195. No April 2010 pix on C734, but 5 from July
