What were the focals of Northern Beaches and South Coast changed to on Metroad 3. I ask as the fork ADs for the pacific hghwayh interchange at pymble still have those focals yet the rds don't mention southbound woolongong or canberra.

North Coast became Mona Vale and South Coast became Wollongong.

Oops was meant to say Northern Beaches became Mona Vale and South  Coast became Wollongong.

Michael is correct. The two AD signs on Metroad 3 approaching Metroad 1 still haven't been changed. The southbound RD still has NR1 and SR33 under coverplates: http://www.ozroads.com.au/NSW/RouteNumbering/Metroads/3/13.JPG

I assume it just said "Ryde". I haven't got a copy of the original design but signs pre-Metroads along this route generally only had a single focal.
