My name is Eva and I'm out here in the Defenders Tucson office -- on the front lines, so to speak -- up against the anti-wolf forces determined to wipe out the wolves we've worked so hard to reintroduce. We've posted rewards to help capture lawless wolf-killers. Now we face a new challenge as federal officials review the historic Southwest wolf recovery program. This is our first chance in nearly a decade to ensure that the program will help Southwest wolves thrive in the wild -- and make sure anti-wolf opponents don't derail efforts to save these rare animals.
