What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-quality group and 1:1 training. Our members’ wins are your wins.
  • Monitor remote coaching clients & refresh gym floor programming in line with T Gen Protocols.
  • Manage clients through the full life cycle: programming, scheduling, and regular contact.
  • Welcome new faces, run compassionate check-ins, and help onboard new members.
  • Create content and resources for our community (socials, blog, events, and more).
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and feedback.
  • Keep our space safe(r), clean, and welcoming for all peoples.
  • Uphold T Gen’s values: Integrity, Compassion, Courage, Humility, Grit.

Who You Are

  • You want to grow as a coach and as a human.
  • You’re adaptable, communicative, and value positive accountability.
  • You have lived or professional experience with queer, trans, gender-diverse, or neurodiverse communities (nice to have).
  • You’re ready for a challenge, give and receive feedback, and work as part of a values-driven team.

Must-Haves

  • Cert III & IV in Fitness (minimum).
  • >6 months in-person coaching experience (group fitness a big plus).
  • Senior First Aid.
  • Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance.
  • Working with Children’s Check.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems (google suite).

Bonus Points:

  • Mental Health First Aid.
  • Extra fitness certifications.
  • Experience in inclusive or community settings.
