Our Staff and Volunteers deliver peer support, Counselling, Community engagement, DFSV Support, Suicide Intervention (ASIST), SafeTalk, Mental Health First Aid and Safer Together (DFV Practitioner) Trainings.

Role Summary
The Grants, Fundraising & Partnerships Lead is responsible for identifying, pursuing and maintaining key funding opportunities and partnerships for the organisation.
This role works closely with the Executive Director, Management Committee and Program Managers in implementing organisational strategy and growth, with a focus on planned, thoughtful and well executed grant applications, fundraising activities and donor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue on behalf of the organisation, funding opportunities inclusive of grants, philanthropic funding, and fundraising opportunities (ongoing and event based).
- Develop grant applications and funding proposals, which are strategic, aligned with organisational expertise and of a high quality.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Director, Program Managers and the Event & Community Engagement Coordinator to identify and support development and implementation key fundraising activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Director to proactively approach and then maintain relationships with potential and actual donors and partners.
- Track and report on progress and outcome of funding applications, fundraising and donor partnerships, including bi-monthly updates for the Management Committee.
- Any other duties as negotiated with the Executive Director based on organisational need.
About You
You are an experienced in roles similar to the Grants, Fundraising & Partnerships Lead, with strong organisational skills and a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
Essential
- Minimum 2 years in similar role/s.
- Experience in the preparation and submission of grant and tender applications.
- Experience in building and maintaining donor and partner relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
