Thorne Harbour Health is currently seeking a compassionate and community-minded Client Care & Support Worker to deliver psychosocial support and care coordination at our iconic Positive Living Centre (PLC) – a safe and welcoming space for people living with HIV (PLHIV).
As part of our HIV Services team, this casual role supports PLHIV through the delivery of psychosocial services, client advocacy, resource provision, and referrals to internal and external services. You’ll be on the front line of fostering a friendly, affirming, and empowering environment that prioritises dignity, health, and well-being.
This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to community development and social justice, and an understanding of the diverse and evolving needs of PLHIV and LGBTIQ+ communities.
In addition to your salary of SCHADS Level 4 plus 25% casual loading and superannuation, Thorne Harbour also pays above award. You’ll also be able to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
