Australia Is Lost and Women Are Doomed

The war on women is now almost complete:

Three recent public exchanges have proven beyond a doubt that the clowns running this country are absolute nutters. Indeed, I need not say another word here, and just let you watch these three brief videos. The first one concerns Jodie Harrison, the NSW Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, who has real confusion about what a woman is. Check out this video of her in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8XJ8CshEew

The second example has to do with Hugh de Kretser, the President of the Australian Human Rights Commission, who was asked what a woman is. He replied: “an adult female human… (pause)…and that includes transgender women.” Please have a look at this: https://x.com/MichaelARothman/status/2059252556300509270

Oh, and this clueless wonder is getting $502,000 a year of our hard-earned tax dollars.

Case three has now gone viral right around the world. Dr. Anna Cody, Australia’s Sex Discrimination Commissioner just said that if a transgender woman (that is, a man) is denied a job because they said they intend to have children, then this is discrimination “on the basis on POTENTIAL pregnancy.” See the shocking video of her trying to answer a few basic questions from Liberal Senator Michaelia Cash: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTpxOBeQb4w

Anna Cody is paid $400k a year – again, all from us taxpayers. She is the same one who late last year could not tell us what a man or woman is. She said she was not a medical expert so she could not answer that! See my write-up here: https://billmuehlenberg.com/2025/10/09/sex-discrimination-commissioner-clueless-about-sex/

And watch a cringe-worthy Cody exchange here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dP_IlFquX5s

The more recent Cody grilling has been aired all around the globe, and Cody’s utter nonsense is making Australia the laughingstock of the world. If you prefer reading instead of watching and listening, here is part of that exchange that we recently had:

Cash: Did you ask the Federal Court to extend pregnancy protections to people to transgender women?

Cody: Not from my recollection. We talked about the meaning of pregnancy and potential pregnancy and how that may apply.

Cash: So, can I ask, how do you see that applying in the act currently to trans women?

Cody: If someone who applies for a job for example, and it is a trans woman. and she may be asked whether or not she intends to have children, and if she replies ‘Yes, I do’, and then doesn’t get the job because that employer doesn’t want to employ women who may be of childbearing age, then she may have been subjected to unlawful discrimination on the basis of potential pregnancy.

Cash: I’m very confused. A biological male can’t become pregnant.

Cody: But the grounds of pregnancy includes potential pregnancy as well as pregnancy.

Cash: But if they can’t become pregnant, how can they become potentially pregnant?

Cody: It’s about the unlawful treatment by the employer. If someone is treated unfairly on the basis of pregnancy or potential pregnancy, then that is unlawful discrimination on the basis of pregnancy.

Cash: So if a bloke came in and they said, ‘Are you going to have children, which is the same question, really, and he said, ‘Oh yeah, maybe’, are you saying that he could also claim that ground?

Cody: If he didn’t receive the job because…

Cash: They can’t get pregnant.

Cody: No, no, not a man who is seeking a position, then its not going to apply to a man.

Cash: They’re both biological men. It makes no sense. A biological man can’t get pregnant, am I correct? Because if I’m not, I’ve got to go back to school, I seriously do, became I missed that lesson in biology. I went to a convent school, the nuns may not have told me about it, but you said a biological man can’t get pregnant.

Cody: That’s correct Senator. But someone who is a trans woman may be assumed to be pregnant or to be able to be pregnant.

Cash: So what stops a man putting on a dress, walking in and claiming the protections? He’s now a woman. You’ve admitted that.

Cody: That would be up to a court to decide whether or not it was discrimination.

Cash: With all due respect, it’s the absurdity of the law yet again, which shows, again, the law does need to be changed, because, for the record, biological men – doesn’t matter what way you cut it – you cannot get pregnant. And quite frankly, it is an insult to women, who actually are discriminated on because they want to have children when they biologically can get pregnant. But the good news is, what we are proving today is, the law needs to be changed.

What an exchange! Well done to Michaelia for not letting Cody get away with the complete baloney she is espousing. There has been plenty of reactions to this over the past few days. Just a few words are worth offering here.

Rachael Wong of Women’s Forum Australia said this: “I think the Albo Government should be deeply humiliated by this. They appointed Anna Cody as Sex Discrimination Commissioner in 2023. Do they think this is a good use of taxpayers’ money? The mockery of women and the undermining of their sex-based rights? We deserve answers.”

Sky News host Peta Credlin put it this way: “She is making us an international pariah every time she appears in Senate estimates.” Commentator Rita Panahi wrote: “Australia’s Sex Discrimination Commissioner thinks men who say they are women can potentially become pregnant. Abolish the Australian Human Rights Commission. It is a hopelessly captured institution full of hard Left idiot ideologues.”

Australian lawyer Katherine Deves made this remark:

Australians are paying vast sums of money for the privilege of being lied to and gaslit. Everyone knows males cannot get pregnant. Everyone knows males cannot thus ever be “potentially” pregnant. “Potentially” pregnant means TTC, undergoing IVF or being a female of a fertile age. Not a man with pregnancy fantasy. This is newspeak of the highest order. Defund and disband the Australian Human Rights Commission. Because when the Sex Discrimination Commissioner asserts that MEN are entitled to pregnancy protections it is no longer fit for purpose. Australians are being taken for a ride by these unelected freeloading quangos delivering utter absurdities & inanities devoid of any connection to reality. Taxpayers are tightening their belts even further to fund their lavish salaries and generous multi-million dollar budgets.

And someone at the centre of all this is Sall Grover. She said this: “I want to thank [Anna Cody] because I am out here trying to explain to everyone that gender ideology is complete nonsense & currently the sex discrimination act is completely incoherent & she’s making my job incredibly easy.”

She also said:

The idea that any man “passes” as a woman to the point of anyone thinking he could potentially get pregnant is a delusion. Gender ideology requires human instincts be ignored, including the very clear skill of humans being able to accurately & subconsciously identify the sex of another person seemingly instinctively. It happens every day, even towards people who are desperate to reject their sex. Even the most common “gotcha” of Thai “ladyboys” isn’t a gotcha, as they’re only used as an example because everyone knows they’re men. Pretty men are still men. It is Orwellian doublethink to even suggest that someone might mistake a man for a “potentially pregnant” woman. It’s nonsense. It’s incoherent. It’s bulls**t.

If anyone wanted some advice on how to destroy a nation and neutralise women, they need look no further than what Harrison, de Kretser, and Cody are saying on a regular basis. They are doing more to ruin Australia and strip women of their hard-earned rights than are most Australia-haters.

All this is why the Sex Discrimination Act MUST be changed. “Feminist” Julia Gillard changed it in 2013 by taking ‘men’ and ‘women’ out, and now the whole world can see how utterly insane this was. Thankfully now we have calls by many to correct all this, as I wrote in this recent piece: https://billmuehlenberg.com/2026/05/25/alison-penfold-standing-up-for-the-rights-of-women/

Women are women and they deserve to be treated as women – men do not. And if the ones who are supposed to oversee human rights, sex discrimination, and women’s issues cannot even tell you what a woman is, then it is time for them to go.
