Dr Spencer was given a termination notice for speaking out about the harms of gender medicine interventions.
Systematic reviews show lack of evidence of benefit and serious harms. At the recent CASC conference in Adelaide several medical professionals spoke out about the harms being done to children in Australia who are being placed on experimental drugs for gender distress.
Dr Dylan Wilson, a Queensland paediatric specialist, said that so-called gender doctors are creating illness in otherwise healthy bodied youth by placing them on disruptive hormone medications.
Dr Patrick Clarke, psychiatrist stated: “The claim that gender interventions reduce suicide risk is false.”
He provided data and evidence that in some cases the risk increases as victims realise they cannot in fact become the opposite sex and are faced with irreversible, life-long damage.
Belle Lane, barrister, pointed out that in a recent court case Justice Strum criticised the gender clinic that was treating “Devin” for what he saw as an “ideological commitment to a gender affirming model”. The judge did not permit the child to begin puberty blockers or cross sex-hormones.
Professor John Whitehall, paediatrician, was not at the conference but has been quoted as stating: “Puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones cause structural alterations in the brain. No one knows the long term effects. Their use...is utterly experimental.”

If you are not one of the above you could send it along to those you know who are in the medical industry. If doctors and health practitioners risk sacking for asking questions about experimental and harmful medical practices, none of us can be guaranteed the best health care.
