People on the street marching for Pride. Rainbow flag, happy, sunny day.

Hi friend,

Midsumma Pride March is one of our signature events — a spectacular day where over 10,000 marchers strut down Fitzroy Street in St Kilda, cheered on by more than 45,000 people lining the paths and balconies in support.

On Sunday 1 February 2026, let your voice be heard at one of Australia’s biggest and brightest LGBTQIA+ celebrations.

Registrations are now open and will close on Wednesday 26 November 2025.

IMPORTANT 2026 DATES

Victoria's Pride

Victoria’s Pride—affectionately known as Vicky P—returns on Sunday 8 February 2026 to close the Midsumma Festival season with a bang! From 12pm–9pm, the streets of Ngár-go/Fitzroy and Yálla-birr-ang/Collingwood will come alive for a massive free street party featuring nine hours of non-stop entertainment.

Now in its fifth year, this State Government event, delivered in partnership with Midsumma, celebrates community, reflects on Victoria’s historical journey, and inspires continued action towards equality. Expect outdoor stages, DJs, market stalls, trader activations, and a jam-packed program of music, drag, circus, comedy, cabaret, and dance – the ultimate celebration of pride, performance, and connection.

Regional Activation Program

From intergenerational projects, murals, music videos, and queer comedy— to surf coast celebrations, intimate multidisciplinary works, and a debut album from a trans punk band, the Regional Activation Program also returns this summer to spotlight queer creativity across regional Victoria.

Running from November through to the street party, this program highlights LGBTQIA+ voices across the state. More details coming soon.

Become our Champion for GiveOUT Day 2025

We’re excited to be part of GiveOUT Day 2025 once again on Thursday 16 October. As Australia’s national day of giving to LGBTQIA+ causes, all funds raised will support Midsumma Futures, early-artist development program, paid time, mentorship, space, access, and enabling emerging LGBTQIA+ artists to create new work for Midsumma 2026 and beyond.

Becoming our Champion means all donations made are matched, so if you donate $50, the organisation receives $100.

Support Midsumma Festival by making a donation today.
