ABOUT The Bendigo Rainbow Hub
We are a medical clinic aiming to serve the neurodivergent and LGBTIQA+ communities of Central Victoria and beyond. We saw that there was a severe need for services aimed at these communities in regional Victoria, and thus The Bendigo Rainbow Hub was born. Our dream is to be a one stop shop for all your healthcare needs from GP services to allied health and specialists with staff and clinicians who strive to understand your lived experience and provide the best care to you, with your unique needs in mind.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Practice Manager will be supported in their role by the Operations Manager who operates across both our physical and mental health clinics. This is a chance to be part of a growing clinic expanding its services to include general practitioners and allied health to better serve the needs of the neurodivergent and LGBTIQA+ communities. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the physical health clinic, participate in practice meetings, monitor clinic budgets, and respond to feedback from patients and families, whilst the Operations Manager will handle issues such as rostering across the sites and change management.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a dynamic and friendly practice manager who has at least 12 months experience as a practice manager in a general practice setting. We are looking for someone who wants to stay long term in the Bendigo region and build lasting relationships. It is essential to have a thorough knowledge of Medicare Benefits Schedule billing codes for general practice and to be highly organised. Experience with Halaxy and/or Best Practice Premier would be advantageous, as would experience in the neurodivergent or LGBTIQA+ space.
