The Office of the CEO supports the CEO and senior management in the leadership of ACON and Kaleido Health Centre. The team consists of an Executive Officer and Executive Assistant.
Together, the team works to respond to competing demands on the time of the CEO and senior leaders by solving problems and coordinating responses across the organisation – so that ACON works as an integrated organisation.
The team supports the CEO to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by managing clear communication and preparing high quality information and analysis to support decision making. The team supports collaboration across the organisation and works proactively to set meeting agendas and prepare documents and materials.
The EA to the CEO provides high level strategic and operational administration support to the Chief Executive Officer, and administrative support to the Executive Officer as required. Assisting the Executive Officer with the coordination of communication between the Board, the Executive and the management team is a significant part of this accountability.
