There was a list of actKM bloggers put together by Kaye Vivian late last
year - does this help?

Interesting proposition Mr Banks.
If I may sound a contrary note, the issue I have with
prizes is that 5 people get to feel like heroes and
the other 995 people doing good work in this space
kinda get to feel like crap (bitter? me? hell yes).
What is the goal here?
To encourage KM bloggers? They/we don't really need it
- extrinsic rewards not required in most cases. As the
bloggers on this list know - we generally crave a
conversation with an audience, not awards.
To get other people to read them more? Well, this is a
more interesting goal. I like the idea of using
del.icio.us for some kind of game.
But I think the real game here is to encourage the KM
conversation. Awards for best conversationalists might
help. But I think a more interesting approach to get
KM bloggers to bounce topics off each other. And to
encourage comments on their blogs.
Something like "KM Conversation Month"? Where KM
bloggers all post on a topic (knowledge sharing?
collaboration?) A prize might be awarded for the most
comments left on your blog in related posts. Or the
person who leaves the mosts comments (non-spam) on
others' blogs? (why am I thinking of Joe Firestone &
Dave Snowden here)
