Australian Junior Chess League September 2013 Bulletin

In this Bulletin:

AUSTRALIAN JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP DATES

The 2014 Australian Junior Championships will be run by the NSWJCL at Knox Grammar School in Wahroonga, Sydney from January 11-19.

GM Ian Rogers (AusJCL Vice-President) advises that the schedule is as normal:

January 11-13  U/8 Open and U/10 Open

January 14  Problem Solving and Lightning

January15-19 U/12 Open and U/14 Open plus all girls tournaments

January 11-19  U/18 Open and U/16 Open

The AusJCL has noted that should there be a one-day overlap between the AJC and the Australian Championships as is currently expected, Australian Junior schedules "may be tweaked to enable players to compete without disadvantage in both Melbourne and Sydney."
