there's a storm or 2 in Siddely at the moment... I reckon the team what
scores the most points will win the match but the real winner is Rugby
League - I have to go be sick now.

You're a little late for the tipping comp this year but if you are spot on
with the score prediction and hurry to put in your FTS tip you may avoid the
wooden spoon.

Cheers

And how good was it to see the success of the mighty Storm's boycott of the
bum sniffing ping pong Grand Final. Well done Storm. Your boycott tactics of
playing your B team really stuck it right up 'em. Set the NRL back 15 years
in Victoria. Go AFL.

PS: My half time crossword had the Capital of Victoria as 8 down.

I reckon it was great. All those morons who said that the Storm
wouldn't boycott the game yesterday are now busy wiping egg off their
faces. It was great at one time in the second half where not only the
full back played out of position, but BOTH wingers came off the wing
and one was first receiver and the other second receiver. In 30 odd
years of watching football, I've NEVER seen that before. It was
obvious that Melbourne purposely threw the match and were NEVER
intending to make a single point in the entire game. Even Slater who
rarely makes a mistake, made three forward passes at the most critical
times, and even dropped a simple catch just outside his own try line.
The Manly fans had great entertainment though, but once the dust
settles and they get to think things through, even they will admit it
was a hollow victory. You could have put an under 16's school boy
team against the Storm yesterday, and they still would have let the
school boy team win. You're right, it HAS set the NRL back 15 years.
Hopefully this might lead to another Super League comp.

Will all the Manly players be suspended for two (2) weeks for great bone-crunching
tackling like Cameron Smith was? Or are there different rules for Sydanee teams?

Bone crunching tackles are not illegal. The graffle tackle where you
try to rip the players head off IS illegal. Please learn the
difference.

Except Smithy did not try to rip the player's head off. His great bone-crunching
tackle was deemed a graffle tackle. To be consistent, all great bone-crunching
tackles will now have to be deemed graffle tackles and anyone who does a great
bone-crunching tackle (now known as a graffle tackle) should be suspended for
two (2) weeks. What did you think the boycott was about anyway - not enough
BBQs and utes in the pre-match 'entertainment' or something?

If you think Melbourne were even trying, you know nothing whatsoever
about the game. They didn't even play their best players in their
proper position. Melbourne clearly forfeited the game - as I
predicted they would.

Oi, TG'sFM. Where did you get the term "graffle tackle" from anyway? A Google
search shows that only one person has ever used that term and that person is
bfrincess. Are you bfrincess, pray tell?

Seeing as the team is mostly made up of New South Welshmen & Queenslanders
then, yeah, they are shithouse. Now go give yerself a left uppercut with a
