Mahatma Cote, will he ever go away ???

I watched the rugby league footy show last night and saw Mahatma or Greg
Ritchie at some stupid function in Brisbine. The point is I thought that
he was given the boot from the show. What the hel was he doing on there
???
Also I have had a gutful of the footy show turning into Fatty and his
friend from Manly/Queensland on the panel each week, occasionaly thay
have Paul Harrigon or Gary Freeman, and they are not very entertainging,
but every week it is either Terry Hill, or that boofhead Walters brother
Kevin.
Anyway the season will be over within a week and the word will be a
better place without the Footy Show each thursday night.

Oh I wish that Channel 9 QLD would just stop showing the piece of crap,
and show the AFL one instead.

Greg Ritchie allegedly made homophobic and racist comments to an
Aboriginal airline attendant, as well as acting in a "disorderly"
fashion (ie he was apparently inebriated). He also was allegedly
disruptive in the airline lounge, throwing food around amongst other
things. A bit tired and emotional he was....
IMO, Mahatma Cote fails the primary rule of comedy - he is simply not
funny. The fact that the character is racist and, frankly, embarrassing
should be enough reason for it to be removed from TV. The fact that the
creator is an admitted racist (he reportedly apologised to the steward
for calling him a "nigger") makes it *mandatory* IMO for the character
to be removed permanently. The fact that Nein rewarded Ritchie by giving
him a 2 month vacation followed by the Ashes telecast (which he did
dismally, too) makes me wonder what Nein is thinking... (Watching some
of ACA's Asian-bashing quickly answers that query, unfortunately...)

You should come and watch him on my TV. I'm too close to a transmitter
tower and Greg Ritchie's face is the only face my TV f@#$ks up - it
looks like he has three noses !!!!
