What the???? (ABC channels assignements)

First it was Queensland and regional NSW having Fly and Kids EPG's flipped
(actually the channels jumped and the EPG's stayed the same).

Now ABC Sydney is doing the same thing.

(ABC Sydney)
Main = 2
Fly = 21 (used to be 22)
Kids = 22 (used to be 21)

(ABC NSW)
Main 401
Fly 402
Kids 403

??? What's going on ???

Anyone?
