Hi all

I'm new on here, so apologies if this has been covered already.

What's the difference between ABC TV and ABC NSW?

They both seem like regular old ABC to me. Is it worth keeping them both in
a favs list in case the programming isn't always the same?

cheers
Jack

No difference, they refer you to the same audio and video streams. Its
like having one channel on two presets with an analogue TV. However if
you also get 'ABC TV Sydney', there's a slight difference there (ie
Sydney orientated promos).

"ABC TV NSW" is the normal SD ABC channel.

"ABC TV" is a placeholder channel (which currently redirects to
whatever your main SD channel is (in your case, ABC TV NSW)) which will
be used for the ABC guide whenever it actaully starts. It only uses a
small bit of bandwidth (a few kb's).
